4.The defects are caused by any force majeure including but 
not limited to fire, earthquake, lightning and tsunami.

shall not be covered by the limited warranty.

serial number recorded on the warranty card is inconsistent 
with the actual one imprinted or labeled on the product. 
In  any  case  that  is  not  covered  by  this  limited  warranty  or 
should  the  warranty  expire,  Huawei  shall  charge  for  the 
service(s)  claimed  for  the  products  if  the  product  is  still 
remediable.  Huawei  preserves  the  right  for  interpretation  of 
this limited warranty.
