5 Maintaining the BM325

5.2 Upgrading the BWA Partner 

 

 

Do not unplug and re-plug the BM325 and ensure power supply to the device when 
upgrading the BWA Partner. 

The update of the BWA Partner is nonscheduled. The BM325 prompts you to update the 
BWA Partner. 

To update the BWA Partner, do as follows: 

Step 1

 

Start the BWA Partner and click 

Tools

. 

Step 2

 

Click 

Upgrade

 

USB

 

Modem

 

Partner

 to update the BWA Partner. The BWA Partner is 

closed when updating. Double-click 

Startup.exe

 to start the BWA Partner after the 

update is completed.

5.3 Rebooting the BM325 

Operate on the BWA Partner to reboot the BM325. To restart the BM325, do as follows: 

Step 1

 

Start the BWA Partner and click 

Device

. 

Step 2

 

Click 

Reboot

 to restart the BM325.

5.4 Restoring Carrier Settings 

 

 

After you restore carrier settings, you need to reset the parameters of the BM325. 
Operate with caution. 

To restore carrier settings, do as follows:

Start the BWA Partner and click

Restore

 

Carrier

 

Configure

 to restore the BM325 to carrier settings.
