5.1 Connections and Convergence
5.1.1 Connecting to the Huawei Cloud Video Conferencing
Service
To connect a Box 700 to the Huawei cloud video conferencing service, configure the Box 700
on the uPortal. The uPortal will then generate an activation code and send the code to you by
SMS or email. After the Box 700 is powered on for the first time, you can activate it and
access the Huawei cloud video conferencing service by entering the activation code.
5.1.2 Hardware-Software Synergy
The Box 700 works with the AirPresence client (software) or AirPresence Key (hardware)
that allows you to collaborate with your teams via content sharing any time, anywhere.
About the AirPresence client and AirPresence Key:

The AirPresence client is a wireless content sharing client that works with the Box 700
and can run on a mobile device or PC.

AirPresence mobile client: runs on an Android or iOS mobile device. You can scan
the QR code to download the AirPresence mobile client.

AirPresence PC client: runs on a Windows or Mac PC. You can download this
client from the Box 700 web interface.

The AirPresence Key is a wireless content sharing device.
Hardware-software synergy functions are as follows:

You can pair an AirPresence client with a Box 700 using the following methods:

Entering the projection code on the client (for the AirPresence mobile or PC client)

Scanning the QR code (for the AirPresence mobile client only)
No pairing from the AirPresence client is allowed when DND is enabled for the Box
700.

After the pairing is successful, you can initiate a call or join a meeting using the
AirPresence mobile client.
