When you are asleep, your HUAWEI TalkBand B3 will automatically record your sleep data
about deep sleep, light sleep, and sleep quality.
4.2 Viewing your sleep data
After you wake up, directly swipe on the screen of your HUAWEI TalkBand B3 to view your
sleep time.
You can also open the Huawei Wear app to view your deep sleep time, light sleep time, and
sleep quality.
