Method 1: You can take a screenshot by holding on the Power and volume down keys for two
seconds.

Method 2: Use HiSuite to take a screenshot.

1.19 Does My Phone Support Flash? Can Downloaded
Flash Software Work on It?

P2-6011 does not support Flash.

Video websites normally provide the downloading of Flash. Users can also download the
Flash software from MM, Android market, 91 software market, 360 assistant, or Pea Pod.

1.20 Which Types of Headsets Can Work with the Phone?

P2-6011 can work with American standard-compliant 4-position 3.5 mm headsets.

You can use such a headset to receive or end a call, play music or pause music playing, and
adjust volume by the volume up and down buttons.

1.21 Pre-installed Software and Its Versions

The universal version of P2-6011 has no customized software except for some necessary
pre-installed GMS applications.

1.22 SD Card Compatibility Test List

P2-6011 does not support the external microSD card.
