Installation precautions
1. Air curtain with anti-virus function is suitable for installing above the entrance and exit of
medical institutions, food factories, pharmaceutical factories, waiting rooms and other public
places that need to be disinfected. It can be disinfected in the environment with or without
human activities.
2. Principle of disinfection: fan operation drives indoor air circulation, and ultraviolet
lamp irradiation is used to carry out circulation disinfection of indoor air to kill harmful
microorganisms in the air.
Before the installation of air curtain, the installer must calculate
the capacity of the power supply and the cross-sectional area of
the wire size, and ensure that the power supply and wire meet the
requirements of air curtain, at the same time should comply with
the following requirements:
1. Please install the air curtain unit above the indoor door. The
distance of air curtain machine outlet from the ground should
be higher than 2.3 meters.
2. The distance between the air curtain machine and the ceiling
shall be above 50mm.
3. If installed two or more units side by side, the distance between
the air curtain units should be kept 10-40mm.
4. Please do not install the air curtain unit in an environment that
is easy to splash water or long-term damp, and avoid contact
with explosive gas and corrosive gas.
5. To be mounted on the ceiling, the user needs to purchase
installation accessories. After installation, install the all-pole
power disconnect device in the fixed wiring, and the contact
spacing shall be greater than 3mm.
6. Please do not switch on the power during installation.
7. Please install in a strong place, because the operation of the
air curtain unit may loosen the walls or the ceiling vibration and
create unnecessary noise.
8. Must be used at the voltage and frequency required by the
nameplate.
9. When the air curtain is working, please do not cover the air inlet
and outlet.
10. Do not let water or other liquid enter the motor.
After installation, install the all-pole power disconnect device in
the fixed wiring, and the contact spacing shall be greater than
3mm.
