communication when connecting to

data communication. Large amount of
data communication occurs especially
during an OS update. We recommend
using a wireless LAN (Wi-Fi

When software update is necessary,
you will be informed on the au
homepage, etc. For details, contact an
au shop or Customer Service Center
(call toll-free 157). In addition, users
of the product will receive a notice
from au, when a software update is
necessary to improve the functionality
of the product.

•

The product may not be operated
during the software update. Making
calls to 110 (police), 119 (fire
station), 118 (regional coast guard
headquarters), 157 (Customer
Service Center) is also not allowed.
Likewise, the alarm will not operate.

•

Be sure to confirm that the product
has sufficient remaining battery
capacity before executing a software
update operation.
