CHAPTER 7 – COSMETIC INSPECTION CRITERIA
This document based on the experience of customer’s requirements is designated as HTC
internal quality inspection standard of
ELF
products.
These cosmetic criteria should be applied in QC1, QC2, CDIT stations. Regarding functional
inspection of CDIT, please refer to CDIT SIP.
7.1 Classes definition of inspective area
7.2.1 Class A area => The front side of main unit involve all buttons, Wheel, and LED lens except LCD
.
7.2.2 Class C area => 4 sides and back views of main unit include side key *3, volume key, Camera and stylus.
7.2.3 Class D area => Socket of battery, inner side of battery cover, Antenna, Micro SD/SIM Connector and
battery connector
