1.4 Orders and requests for information
When requesting additional copies of the documentation supplied with the product or further
information on the documentation, services, assistance or machine parts, please send the request,
specifying:

product code and model;

product serial number;

product revision number;

name of dealer;

specific information on any faults encountered;

periods of use.
1.5 Identification of the product and manufacturer
The serial number, together with the code and the revision number, represent the only means
recognised by the manufacturer of identifying the product. The product user is responsible for
ensuring that the serial number remains intact.
Chapter 3.6 “Identification of the manufacturer and of the product” shows the position of the
product serial number and of the plate that identifies the product and the manufacturer.
