5.2.1. ChOOSE A PROGRAM IF ThERE ARE PROBLEMS
WITh ThE CONTROLLER
If your tool is controlled by an external controller and gets the enables from
it, but the controller have a problem or lost the connection to the Wi-fi
network, there is an emergency strategy.
The programs can run also without the controller without loosing the data.
Requirement:
Each program needs a barcode to activate.
To activate the emergency strategy follow the instructions:
1.
Remove the battery from the tool
2.
Hold the trigger
3.
Slide on the b hold the trigger
4.
Now you´ll see the voltage of the battery in the display
5.
Hold the yellow display button for 2 seconds, the display
shows „S-Mode“ in the lower left
6.
Loosen the trigger now
7.
The tool starts completely and the „S-Mode“ is visible in the
lower left
8.
The activation of the emergency strategy was successful
Now the barcodes can be scanned and you´ll get the enable for the
program like via the controller.
The save of the data can be done manually with the HST-Tool-Manager.
More about that you´ll find in the HST-Tool-Manager manual.
The emergency strategy automatically stops if the battery is removed and
reconnected to the tool.
