4.7.0. fORce Switch

The force switch is a table with 90 defined force values which is deposited

in every tool. According to the choosed value in the display (1-90) the tool

processes the rivet nut with the defined force of the table.

The force table you´ll find in chapter:

„5.4.0. Setting force table (only if force switch is activated)“

The HST-NR-PRO-M only works at a emergency with manual activation in the

HST-Tool-Manager with the force table. The NutBee

®

PRO-M is programmed

by the HST-Tool-Manager and the force for each programm will be set in the

HST-Tool-Manager.

The force table is only activated from the beginning in the HST-NR version.

At the HST-NR-PRO-M it can be activated to work with the tool if there are

problems with the controller or Wi-fi connection.

WARNING

If the tool has to be used without a force switch, the force

switch (the table value) must be set to “00” in the tool since

the force switch will otherwise be prioritized.
