To reset the Blue SHARK ™ after the machine stops, turn the emergency button clockwise,
approximately one eighth of a turn, until it “pops” out. The machine will return to its Home
Position. Make any necessary adjustments, and start the key cutting process again.
1.5 Safety Shield
The Blue SHARK ™ is supplied with a plastic safety shield. It is highly recommended to
keep the shield in place to guard against injury from the cutter wheel and from the brass
chips created during key cutting.
1.6 Touch Screen
The Blue SHARK ™ is equipped with a state of the art touch-sensitive display screen.
Use the stylus provided in much the same way as you would use a mouse to navigate and select
objects on your PC. You can also use your fingertip. However, it is recommended to use the stylus
for the greatest accuracy and to keep the screen cleaner.
