Tap

Touch here to open System Information

After the System Information displays, view Operating System, Name. It will appear as either (x86 64-bit)
or (x86 32-bit).

What can I do if my HP TouchSmart media programs are
crashing?

When you are in an HP TouchSmart media program, and the application is crashing, there are a few
things you can try.

Within HP TouchSmart software, tap

Personalize

. Turn off the application that crashes, and then turn

it back on.

If that does not work, close and restart HP TouchSmart.

If that does not work, restart your computer.

If that does not work, perform an application recovery. First, uninstall the program:

From the Windows Vista desktop, click

Windows Vista start button

Control Panel

, click

Programs

, and then click

Uninstall

a program

Select the program you are having trouble with.

Click

Uninstall

in the menu above the program list.

Respond to any messages that open while the software is being removed.

Next, reinstall the program:

Click
