System BIOS sets 3Gb/s Max link rate based on the chipset and drives

installed.

System BIOS sets 1.5Gb/s Max link rate based on the chipset and drives

installed.

IDE Detect Time

This value is the best setting to use if the onboard IDE controllers are set

to a specific IDE disk drive in the BIOS.

Set this value to stop the setup from searching the IDE bus for IDE disk
drives in 5 seconds.
