Removal and replacement procedures

Maintenance and Service Guide

Remove the serial connector and cable:

1. Disconnect the serial connector cable

from the system board.

2. Remove the two Hex HM5.0×10.0 screw locks

that secure the serial connector to the base enclosure.

3. Remove the serial connector

Reverse this procedure to install the serial connector and cable.
