corrupted 

image caused 

by the camera 

not shutting 

down properly.

Use the HP software to 

edit the images copied 

on the card. Also, do not 

remove batteries or the 

memory card when the 

camera is turned on.

Unable to 

communicate with 

the printer

There is no 

connection 

between the 

camera and 

printer.

Make sure the cables are 

connected between the 

camera or camera dock 

and the printer. If that 

does not work, turn off 

the camera and 

disconnect it. Turn the 

printer off and then on 

again. Re-connect the
