Setting the Scene Mode
By simply selecting one of the following 32 modes, you can capture the image with the most appropriate settings.
From the Record 1. MENU icon, tap to select Scene Mode . Or, tap on-screen Record mode icon to enter
scene mode selections.

that by selecting a particular scene mode (other that Auto) will take the camera out of it’s normal automatic
settings capabilities and therefore optimize various settings that match a specific scene.
