2. Unpack Your HP JetDirect 70X

3. Connect Your HP JetDirect 70X

• Make sure the printer is turned off.

• Attach your printer cable to the HP JetDirect 70X’s parallel

printer port.

• Attach the phone cable (included) to the HP JetDirect 70X’s

“Line” jack.

Option A

: Locate your printer near your PC. Attach the other

end of the phone cable to a wall jack. Connect the phone cable
