Troubleshooting
For help in troubleshooting problems with your Media Center
hardware, refer to the following pages.
If your problem is not addressed in this guide, refer to the Media
Center Help files by selecting the question mark icon on the
Media Center menu bar at the top of the screen.

The Media Center menu bars are only visible during or shortly
after mouse or TouchPad activity. If you do not see the Media
Center menu bars, briefly activate your mouse or TouchPad.
