Removal and Replacement Procedures

5.10 Fan

1. Prepare the tablet PC for disassembly (

Section 5.3

2. Remove the keyboard cover (

Section 5.8

3. Release the keyboard (

Section 5.9

4. Disconnect the fan cable

from the system board.

5. Remove the three Torx8 T8M2.0×8.0 screws

that secure

the fan to the tablet PC.

6. Remove the fan

Removing the Fan

Reverse the above procedure to install the fan.
