Administrators Guide
Terminal Accounts
User Accounts
With a
User
account, you will not be able to configure the
connection for the account unless enabled by the administrator.
You will be able to access the password function to change your
password (if this privilege is granted). You can also access the
following
Terminal Properties
sheets:

General
■
Input
■
Display
■
Network
■
Printers
■
Apps
■
Devices
■
SysInfo
Administrator Accounts
The
Administrator
account has the greatest amount of
privileges. With this account you can:
■
Use
Enable Password Change
(to permit users to change the
passwords to their accounts)
■
Add, modify, and delete accounts, and configure or
reconfigure the connections for any account
■
Use all the other functions of the terminal
Using Terminal Accounts
Terminal accounts are created and managed by using the
Add
User...,
and
Modify User...
command buttons. Terminal accounts
are deleted using the
Delete User...
command button. These
buttons are found on the
Security
properties sheet.
