Prepare the computer for disassembly (

Remove the access panel (

Computer Access Panel on page 113

Remove the front bezel (

Front Bezel on page 114

Rotate the drive cage to its upright position.

Disconnect the two front I/O cables from the system board.

Remove the screw that secures the front I/O device to the chassis (1).

Pull the device from the chassis and guide the cables through the hole to remove them from the
chassis (2).

To reinstall the front I/O device, reverse the removal procedure.
