HP PC Software Assist

This is only available in North America and Europe.

As well as free installation support for applications preloaded on your
computer, HP offers the HP PC Software Assist support pack that
enables you to use a toll-free number (where this is available) to call
HP for assistance in installing, configuring and using over 100 industry-
leading, multi-vendor applications. The support pack comes in
packages of 3 and 25 incidents for business-hours, or extended
business-hours support.

You can purchase this support pack at any time from your local reseller.
It is not limited to any specific computer, caller or site.
