destination host device with the time (in microseconds)
required for a packet reply to be received from each next-hop
device.

IPv6 address of a destination host device.

where

vlan-id

specifies the VLAN ID number.

hostname

Host name of an IPv6 host device configured on

an IPv6 DNS server.

< oobm >

: For switches that have a separate out-of-band

management (OOBM) port,

oobm

specifies that the traffic

originates from the out-of-band management port.

minttl:

Minimum number of hops allowed for each probe

packet sent along the route.

Default:

Range:

1 - 255.

• If the

minttl

value is greater than the actual number of hops,

the traceroute output displays only the hops equal to or
greater than the configured

minttl

threshold value. The

hops below the threshold value are not displayed.

• If the

minttl

value is the same as the actual number of hops,

only the final hop is displayed in the command output.

• If the

minttl

value is less than the actual number of hops,

all hops to the destination host are displayed.
