Repeat this procedure to treat other weeds around the
garden.
Keep the electrical cable well away from the heated nozzle.
Cooling Cycle
Before switching off the device, a cooling phase is required.
If the cooling phase is not carried out, it may damage the
product over time.
Set the switch (D) to the “Cooling“ position (Fig.2 item K) for
at least 30 seconds.
After this time, move the switch to OFF (Fig.2 item I) to switch
off the GREEN POWER.
Storage
Disconnect the device from the power supply.
Check the device is completely cold before storing it.
It can then be stored horizontally on the ground on it stand
(Fig.1 item C) or hung to the wall by its anchoring point
(Fig.1 item G).
Maintenance
The product can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild
detergent but do not allow any water to enter the product.
There are no user serviceable parts on the GREEN POWER.

Disposal
Do not dispose of electrical appliances as unsorted municipal
waste, use separate collection facilities.
Contact your local government for information regarding
the collection systems available. If electrical appliances
are disposed of in landfills or dumps, hazardous substances
can leak into the groundwater and get into the food chain,
damaging your health and well-being. When replacing old
appliances with new ones, the retailer is legally obligated
to take back your old appliance for disposal at least free of
charge.
2 Year Guarantee
If this product, becomes unserviceable within 2 years of the
date of purchase it will be repaired or replaced at our option
free of charge, unless in our opinion it has been damaged or
misused.
Liability is not accepted for damage due to accident, improper
installation or use. Liability is limited to replacement of a
faulty GREEN POWER.
This guarantee is not transferable. It does not affect your
statutory rights. To obtain the benefits of the guarantee,
firstly contact Hozelock Customer Services who may request
that the product is sent along with proof of purchase directly
to the address below.
