Use
Hove Refiller is a transportable pump for refilling of grease/lubricant in central
lubrication systems. Hove Refiller is operated manually, direct from the pump
or by means of a remote control. Hove Refiller can be used in all industries having
a central lubrication systems.
Warning
Never use the Hove Refiller for direct feeding of grease/lubricants to a closed bearing,
as the bearing may be damaged by the building-up of pressure inside.
Warning:
Always use grounding plug when connecting to power supply.
Warning
Always flush the Hove Refiller pump with new type of grease before use. If same
hose is used for all types of grease, be sure to flush this too before use.
Warning
Always use safety glasses and gloves, when working with lubrication.
Warning
Never use the Hove Refiller for other purposes than described above. Never point
the hose from the Hove Refiller at persons or animals when connected to the power
supply.
Transport
Always use the mounted handle to carry the Hove Refiller. Always use approved
lifting devices for high-lifting of the Hove Refiller. Always use required personal
safety equipment when using lifting devices in connection with high-lifting.
Before use
Be sure to have the following items.
1.
The Hove Refiller.
2. A power supply.
3. A filled Hove grease cartridge.
4. A hose for test purpose or connected directly to a
connector at the central lubrication installation.
5. Tissues for cleaning.
