GENERAL DIRECTIONS
Drain fat and cool pan and rack slightly. (Do not let soiled pan and rack stand in broiler
compartment to cool, ) Sprinkle on detergent. Fill the pan with warm water and spread
damp cloth or paper towel over the rack.
