CHOCOLATE TWINKIES
™
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
½ Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
10 TBSP Unsalted Butter (softened)
1 ¼ Cup Granulated Sugar
3 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
¾ Cup Milk
For best results, have all ingredients at room temperature
Directions:
1. In a large bowl cream butter and sugar with a hand mixer
and beat until light & fluffy.
2. Add eggs and vanilla extract to butter/sugar mixture and
beat until incorporated.
3. Scrape the sides of the bowl and continue mixing.
4. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder and
milk. Mix on low speed until well incorporated.
5. Plug in unit, spray with vegetable oil and fill each cavity
until ¾ full.
6. Bake between 4-7 minutes or until toothpick inserted in
center comes out clean.
7. Remove

and allow to cool.
8. Once the
TWINKIES
™
are cooled, fill with frosting and enjoy!
Yield: 8 cakes
