WEGA 2.2 4025122-001
Instructions for Use
Phase comparison can be carried out using phase comparators that comply with the
•
requirements of LRM systems according to IEC 61243-5 (VDE 0682 Part 415) and
connecting them to the measuring and earth socket.
3. Design
Housing:
The integrated voltage detecting system WEGA 2.2 is located in a plug-in housing for panel mount
(for dimensions see drawing) suitable for a panel cut-out size of 92 x 45 mm. The LCD display, the
display test button and the three-phase LRM interface are located on the front panel. A removable
plug serves to protect the jacks against dust and corrosion. On the rear of the housing there are the
connections for the measuring signals, relays and auxiliary voltage.
Display:
The voltage conditions are indicated on the LC display. The individual symbols (arrow, dot and wrench)
appear in red colour. Pushing the button on the front panel, a display test can be carried out activating
all symbols on the display for a short time.
The indications of the arrow and dot symbols on the display do not require any auxiliary energy
because it is fed from the measuring signal. Even if the auxiliary voltage supply fails, the indication
functions will remain active. The additional functions (relay control, illumination of symbols and active
zero indication) require auxiliary voltage supply.
