7.7 Speed limitation
While driving by using the travel pedal, the
speed can be limited. More sensitive driving at
slow speeds (e.g. when manoeuvring) is hereby
achieved.
By sliding the regulator the maximum possible
speed that can be reached via the travel pedal
is set down.
NOTE
Slide the regulator back to the starting position
when limiting of the travel speed via the travel
pedal is no longer needed!
7.5.3 Hydro-pneumatic single
wheel suspension
The undercarriage height can be varied by
200 mm (0 - 100 %) between the minimal and
maximal setting.
¾
For road travel the undercarriage must be
lowered to the minimal setting.
¾
The undercarriage height can be adjusted in
the field.
The recommended setting is around 50 %.
This makes the maximum spring travel avail-
able to both directions.
7.6 Types of steering
The vehicle has been designed with rear axle
steering. The steering angle of the rear wheels
depends on the travel speed.
•
With travel speeds of less than 10 km/h the
steering angle is identical for front and rear
axle.
•
With travel speeds between 10 and 20 km/h
the steering angle of the rear axle is increas-
ingly reduced.
•
From 20 km/h up the rear axle steering is
disabled. The axle remains in middle position.
The steering type can be chosen with the switch
(c) but also through the dashboard, sub-menu
"Rear axle steering".
