We are only able to accept returns in the original
packaging and when accompanied by the till receipt.
General fitting instructions and warranty conditions
We have taken all precautionary measures possible to ensure we
can offer a one year guarantee to safeguard the quality of your
new bathroom furniture. We expect that you as the owner/user
will observe the points listed below during installation and use to
ensure you can make a claim on this 1 year guarantee:
Ensure that there is proper ventilation. •
Never leave wet or moist things in or on the furniture. •
Never use abrasive or aggressive cleaning agents. •
Never place a unit in the immediate vicinity of a bath or shower •
without a permanent partition; the unit must be suspended
splash proof.
Check the furniture for any defects or faults before installation.

Always have electrical devices connected by a recognised •
electrician.
Should something not be right before installing the furniture
despite all the precautionary measures, consult your supplier.
If parts are supplied by us under guarantee, any costs related
to, for example, installation, plumber or tiling work will not be
reimbursed.
Slight colour and shade deviations do not entitle you to make a
claim.
