This section describes the causes of typical problems and the actions to be taken,
including questions frequently asked by customers. Check these before contacting us.

When an error message appears
If "ERROR No.00XX" is displayed while you are using the instrument, check the error in
the error list below to check the cause and action to be taken.

ERROR No.0001 Memory error
Data cannot be read from or written to the internal memory.

ERROR No.0006 Maximum calibration points exceeded
Attempted to perform 6th point calibration during conductivity calibration.

Disconnect the AC adapter, and then press the key.
