Treatment

The backpack vacuum cleaner

will not turn on.

Check that the power cable is inserted securely; remove the

power plug and then reinsert into the mains power supply.
Check that the on/off switch is in the ‘ON’ position.

The backpack vacuum

performance is deteriorating.

Check the backpack to ensure there are no blockages.

Please clear any blockages that may be found.
Check the inlet foam filter or HEPa exhaust filter to see if

they need replacement.

The cleaner makes an abnormal

sound when switched on.
