HOW TO STORE FOOD IN THE REFRIGERATOR COMPARTMENT
COME CONGELARE GLI ALIMENTI FRESCHI
Il comparto congelatore permette il congelamento degli alimenti.
La quantità di alimenti freschi che può essere congelata in 24 ore, è indicata sulla
targhetta matricola (vedi paragrafo “Collegamento elettrico”).
Come procedere:
•
Avvolgete e sigillate l’alimento in fogli alluminio, pellicola trasparente, imballi impermea-
bili di plastica, contenitori di polietilene con coperchi, contenitori da congelatore.
• Sistemate l’alimento nei comparti indicati lasciando sufficiente spazio attorno ai
pacchetti per permettere la circolazione dell’aria.
In caso di interruzione di corrente, il comparto congelatore mantiene la
temperatura di conservazione per 15 ore circa. Durante l’interruzione di
corrente, non aprite la porta del comparto congelatore.

The freezer compartment makes it possible to freeze food. The quantity of fresh food which
can be frozen in 24 hours is shown on the rating plate (see paragraph entitled “Electrical wiring”).
Proceed as follows:
•
Wrap the food in: aluminium foil, transparent film, plastic waterproof packaging, covered
polyethylene containers, freezer containers.
• Place the groceries in the compartments as indicated in Figure 34; allow sufficient free space
around them so that the air can circulate freely.
If there is a power failure, the freezer compartment will keep its preserving
temperature for about 18 hours.
During the power failure, do not open
the door of the freezer compartment.
SETTING THE “SUPER” FUNCTION

” function is activated by pressing button

Quando acquistate alimenti surgelati tenete sempre presenti i seguen-
ti fattori:
•
L’imballo o il pacchetto devono essere intatti, poiché l’alimento può deteriorarsi.
Se un pacchetto è gonfio o presenta delle macchie di umido, non è stato conser-
vato nelle condizioni ottimali e può aver subito un inizio di scongelamento.
•
Acquistate gli alimenti surgelati per ultimi e usare borse termiche per il trasporto.
•
Appena a casa riponete immediatamente gli alimenti surgelati nel comparto
congelatore.

When you purchase frozen food always bear in mind the following
factors:
• The packaging or packet must be intact, otherwise the food may spoil. If a packet is
swollen or shows damp marks, it has not been stored in optimum conditions and
may have started to thaw.
• Purchase frozen food goods last and transport them in an insulated box.
• As soon as you arrive home, place the frozen goods immediately in the freezer
compartment.
