17 Returns
No special measures need to be taken for non-integrated UVATP transducers.
Clean associated sensors or those with integrated transducer thoroughly before returning to the
manufacturer (see cleaning instructions for the sensor).
A hazard warning or declaration of harmlessness for substances which have come into contact with
or infiltrated the sensor, must be submitted with all returns. If adhesion of hazardous substances on the
surface of the equipment cannot be ruled out, a detailed description of safety measures to be taken when
handling the equipment must be submitted.
18 Disposal
The customer should assume the duty to dispose of the equipment at his own expense and according to
statutory provisions (e.g. ElektroG in Germany).
