Field technicians tasked with the initial steps of an installation will find these steps
expanded and explained in more detail in
Connecting Cameras , page 20 , and
Communications , page 21 .
Recording the Installation Details
As you start connecting hardware to the Hybrid LT DVR, Honeywell recommends that you
make a record of system information (such as the IP addresses) with the site information
checklist (provided in
Appendix D ). Include a record of the hardware connected to the DVR
and changes to the Rapid Eye site configuration using LocalView.
Rear Panel Connections
Figure 2-1 shows the rear panel connections on an 8-channel unit, and Table 2-2 describes
the connections.
