Honeywell

The oil quantity is correct when the oil is visible in the threads of the oil-

level inspection borehole (Fig. 11 | No. 2) or in the centre of the inspection
window.

After filling, the plugs must be inserted again together with the O-ring and
tightened with a torque of 9 Nm.

Commissioning:

Slowly fill the system until the operating pressure is reached.

The pressure rise must not exceed 350 mbar/s.

A bypass line should be used for filling (recommendation:
12

mm pipe diameter).

Do not exceed the measuring range of the gas meter even briefly.

A tightness test must then be carried out.
