Text Event Recording

Use the following table to set the text insertion port.

When you are satisfied with your changes, select

Accept

text is displayed on the screen.

Set the appropriate number of data bits.

Field Description

Num Lines

The number of lines (up to 10) that can be displayed on the screen at one time.

Line Length

The line length (20 to 40 characters).

Scroll

Indicates how quickly the lines will scroll by (1 to 10 seconds) if no new text is
entered. While text is being entered, it will scroll by at the same rate as it is being
entered.

Position

Position of the text to display on the screen. Options are:

Center
Lower left
Upper left
Lower right
Upper right
