If Customer Service authorizes you to ship equipment to Honeywell HomMed, please follow the directions
below.
1. Obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Customer Service.
2. Carefully pack the equipment in a sturdy box (the original box if possible) with at least one-inch
clearance around the equipment for protective packing materials.
3. Ship to the following address:

If your equipment is still under warranty, Customer Service will send you a UPS label.

The goal of Customer Service is to support your agency and clinical staff in meeting the needs of your
patients. We are available 24/7/365, and we will work quickly to resolve issues with you as they arise.
We will walk you through various troubleshooting techniques to assist you in identifying causes and
resolutions.
Honeywell HomMed Customer service:
A Customer Service Representative will make every attempt to resolve the issue over the phone. To assist
with service, have your monitor’s model and serial number (on the bottom of the monitor) available before
you call. However, if equipment must be sent back, we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
