7.1.7  Remote Reset, Continued 

a. Press 

the

 button to access the power-up reset menu. 

b.  Select the “camera to reset” by pressing the number buttons for the 

corresponding camera, and then press the camera button.  

Note

:  if you select a 

camera that is absent, the display returns to camera 1.

 

c.  Press aux to reset the selected camera. 

d.  Press auto to reset all cameras. 

e.  Select another camera or press lock to exit. 

2. Camera 

Reset 

 

The camera reset function will only reset the camera module and not the whole 
RapidDome.  This feature is not available if data in the video is being used.  It is only 
available when the RS485 control is used. 

 

Note

:  This function only works with RapidDomes fitted with a x18 zoom lens.  

Programmed presets/tours will not be lost.

The factory reset has a more dramatic effect on the receiver.  If this option is 
performed, 

ALL 

presets and tours will be cleared and the camera is reset.  The 

home preset/tour functions will not work as it relies on presets.  Alarm presets will be 
lost, etc.  This option is useful if you want to reprogram the camera presets from 

scratch.
