If ON is selected, do the following:

a.

Press the joystick to enter the 

TOP

 

LEFT

 adjustment screen, and then adjust 

the position of the selected node by moving the joystick up or down, left or 
right.

b.

Press the joystick to enter the 

TOP

 

RIGHT

 adjustment screen, and then 

adjust the position of the selected node by moving the joystick up or down, 
left or right.

c.

Press the joystick to enter the 

BTM

 

LEFT

 adjustment screen, and then 

adjust the position of the selected node by moving the joystick up or down, 
left or right.

d.

Press the joystick to enter the 

BTM

 

RIGHT

 adjustment screen, and then 

adjust the position of the selected node by moving the joystick up or down, 
left or right.

e.

Press the joystick to enter the 

POSITION

 adjustment screen, and then 

adjust the position of the selected privacy mask area by moving the joystick 
up or down, left or right.

f.

If you are satisfied with position and size of the privacy mask area, select 

RET

 to save your settings and return to the PRIVACY menu. If you want to 

change your settings, select 

AGAIN

 to return to the TOP LEFT adjustment 

screen.

4.

Set the 

COLOR

 of the selected privacy mask area. There are 15 color options to 

choose from.

5.

Set the 

TRANSPAR

 (transparency) level of the selected privacy mask area. Select 

a value between 

0

 and 

3

, with 0 being the most transparent and 3 being completely 

opaque.

6.

If you want, configure additional privacy mask areas by repeatings steps 2 to 5.

7.

Select 

RETURN

 to save your settings and return to the SPECIAL menu.

For advanced users only.

You can set up the camera to eliminate defective pixels (white spots) on the screen.

In the SPECIAL menu, navigate to 

DEFECT

, and then press the joystick to enter the 

DEFECT menu (see 

Figure 17

).
