Assembly

and Installation

Snowblower

Push Frame to subframe

1. Position the push frame to the subframe as

shown.

2. Install

two

1-5/16" bushings, then install

two

1/2

hex b o b ,

lock

washers, and

two

flat washers to the

weld nuts

the

frame. Tighten the

two

nuts securely.

For clarity, the drive belt is not shown in

this illustration.

Install

PTO Clutch Assembly

Position the assembly as shown. Make

sure

belt is fully enclosed inside the

push frame, and the tensioner spring

faces away from the blower head.

the assembly to the push frame

3/8

1" hex bolt,

lock washer

and

hex nut in the front (closest to the

blower head) hole, then install a 7/16"

hex bolt, 7/16" lock washer and 7/16" hex
nut to the rear hole in the subframe.
