Check the quantity and freshness of the fuel

in the fuel tank.

Check the fuel cut solenoid operation by

operating noise of it when the combination

switch is ON.

Add fresh gasoline.

Check for clogged fuel filter, fuel tube and

fuel strainer screen.

If they are normal, replace the fuel pump

(page 6-4).

Check the continuity between LO terminal

(Black/yellow) and BAT terminal (White) of

the combination switch in the ON position

(page 11-4).

Replace the combination switch (page 7-10).

Check the continuity of the wire harness

connecting the combination switch and fuel

cut solenoid (Black/yellow).

Replace the engine wire harness.

Check the fuel cut solenoid (page 6-8) and if

necessary replace it (page 6-6).
