Engine Oil

Refer to

Safety Precautions

on page 79.

This procedure requires mechanical skill and professional tools such
as a torque wrench as well as a means for disposing of the drained
fluid (page 158). If you do not have the skills or the tools, see your
dealer.

Drain the Engine Oil:

1. With the ATV on level ground, remove the oil fill cap/dipstick

from the front crankcase cover.

2. Place an oil drain pan under the crankcase and remove the

engine oil drain plug (1) and sealing washer (2).
