SERVICING YOUR GENERATOR

ENGINE OIL CHANGE

Drain the oil while the engine is warm to assure rapid and complete

draining.

1.Remove the two 6 x 18 mm bolts and washers, then remove the

front cover

2.Place a suitable container below the engine to catch the used oil, and

then remove the oil filler cap, oil drain plug, and sealing washer.

3.Allow the used oil to drain completely, and then reinstall the drain

plug and a new sealing washer. Tighten the plug securely.

Improper disposal of engine oil can be harmful to the environment.

If you change your own oil, please dispose of the used oil properly.

Put it in a sealed container, and take it to a recycling center. Do not

discard it in a trash bin, dump it on the ground, or pour it down the

drain.
