This message is sent if the configured time period for the Forced
Unset mode has passed but the system has been unable to
unset this mode in the device.
The device has detected that the driver card battery is low.
Call the SOC.
Replace the driver card battery.
Call Connex Customer Service.
Car battery low
Zone entry alert
Zone exit alert
Automatic deletion of
Zone failed
Car speed alert
Health check failure
This message is sent to you when your car enters the zone
you have set through the web application.
This message is sent to you when your car exits the zone
you have set through the web application.
Check the car battery.
This message is sent to you if the configured time period for
the Geofence has passed but the system has been unable to
delete the zone in the device.
The device has detected that your car has exceeded the
speed limit that you have set in the web application.
This message is sent if the device is not functioning as it
should be.
Access your web application and delete
the zone.
You will receive a call from the SOC to
carry out a full functionality check.
The device has detected that the car battery voltage is low
(11.1 volt for a normal 12 volt battery).
