Verify the FCW (Forward Collision Warning)
Indicator Checks (If Equipped)
When the ignition is first turned ON, the FCW warning
indicator should come on for a few seconds, then go
off.
Verify the LDW (Lane Departure Warning)
Indicator Checks (If Equipped)
When the ignition is first turned ON, the LDW warning
indicator should come on for a few seconds, then go
off.
Verify the ACC (Active Cruise Control)
Indicator Checks (If Equipped)
When the ignition is first turned ON, the ACC warning
indicator should come on for a few seconds then go off.
Verify That LaneWatch Is Working (If Equipped)
Turn the vehicle to the ON mode. Push the button on
the end of the combination switch to verify that
LaneWatch works. Push the button again and the
LaneWatch image should turn off. Activate the right
turn signal and the LaneWatch image should come on.
Verify the HUW (Heads-Up Warning)
Indicator Checks (If Equipped)
When the ignition is first turned ON, the HUW warning
indicator should flash and then go off.
