When You Cannot Open the Hatch

If you cannot open the hatch, use the following procedure.

Remove the cover on the back of the hatch
by prying it off with a small flat-tip
screwdriver.

Wrap the flat-tip screwdriver with a cloth
to prevent scratches.

Push the release lever until the hatch
unlocks. Push the hatch up to open.
