8. Install the windshield.
Note:
•
On the ST1300, install the windshield
adjusters according to rider preference.
•
On the ST1300A, the windshield adjusters are
installed as shown, they can be reinstalled
according to rider preference.
Install the windshield adjusters (ST1300 Only)
and secure with 6 mm nuts.
Using two people, carefully install the following
parts in this order:
•
Adjuster rubbers
•
Windshield
•
Plastic washers
•
Collars
•
6 x 18 mm flange bolts
Tighten the bolts securely.
Then, install the:
•
Rear covers (ST1300 Only)
•
Covers (Wide side facing down)
•
4 x 25 mm screw bolts
Tighten the screw bolts securely.
