■ Precautions for storage and external cleaning:
- You must unplug it before cleaning it.
- When cleaning, make sure that no water gets into the live area.
- Use a soft towel dipped in warm water or neutral detergent to scrub the inside and
outside of the ice maker.
- Do not scrub with a cleaning agent that contains an abrasive (such as toothpaste),
an acid, a chemical solvent (such as alcohol) or a polish.
- Do not rinse with water.
Indoor cleaning
- Add the water mixed with 50% vinegar.
- Open the flush.

Fog condensation
- The humidity may be too high. Wipe away the water droplet.
Clearly different sizes of ice cubes
- Stop and start again, try several times. The cooling system is not stable on the first
few rounds.
- The ambient temperature is too low.
Ice cube too small
- The ambient temperature is too high or the water temperature is too high.
Strange sound ("si-si" "hu-hu" "di-da" "wu-wu")
- When the cooling system is in operation, the freezing medium flowing in the tube will
cause the sound of "si-si";
- When the cooling system is working, the wind fan will cause the sound of "hu-hu".
- When the water box arrives at the defrost location, it will cause the sound of "di-da"
by turning the solenoid valve on or off.
- When the water runs to the inner box, it will cause the sound of "wu-wu".
All these situations are normal.
